Blog & News Add-on for LaraClassifier & JobClass

Important: this is not a standalone application. It is an add-on for LaraClassifier or JobClass, one of which must be purchased and installed first.

A classifieds site or a job board that publishes useful content ranks better and keeps visitors coming back. The Blog & News add-on adds a complete blog to LaraClassifier and JobClass: a magazine-style blog home, post listings, category and tag pages, a search, and a post page with related articles and a threaded comment system. Everything is translatable, so each post can be published in every language your site supports.

Write, Organize, Moderate

Posts are written in the rich editor with a featured image from the media library, an excerpt, a slug and SEO metadata per language. Organize them with categories and tags, schedule their publication, and keep the discussion clean with comment moderation, CAPTCHA and notifications.

Everything the Blog Needs

• Rich Post Editor: Translatable title, slug, content, excerpt and SEO fields, with a featured image and a publication date.
• Categories & Tags: Nested categories and free tags, each with its own public page.
• Comments: Threaded comments with approval, spam filtering, CAPTCHA and email notifications to the moderators.
• Magazine Home: A featured-posts hero, latest posts, popular categories and a sidebar, ready to link from the main menu.
• Search & Feeds: Blog search, RSS feed and sitemap entries for every post.
• Multi-language: Posts, categories and tags are translatable, with language-aware URLs.

How It Works

1. Activate & Configure: Install the add-on, set the posts per page, the comment policy and the blog page title.
2. Publish: Write posts, assign categories and tags, and publish or schedule them.
3. Engage: Readers comment, you moderate from the admin panel, and the blog appears in your menu, feed and sitemap.
