Appointments Add-on for Larapen

Important: this is not a standalone application. It is an add-on for Larapen, which must be purchased and installed first.

The Appointments add-on adds time-slot scheduling to your Larapen website. Define the services you offer, assign them to providers with their own weekly schedules, and let clients pick an available slot from an interactive calendar. Whether you run a salon, a consulting firm, a medical practice, or a coaching business, every appointment lands straight in your admin panel, with confirmations and notifications handled automatically.

Providers, Schedules & Real Availability

Each provider has a weekly schedule with working hours and break windows, plus blocked dates for holidays and vacations. Time slots are generated automatically from these rules, respecting service duration, capacity limits, minimum advance notice, and existing bookings. Clients only ever see slots that are actually available, and in multi-provider mode they can choose a specific provider or let the system pick any available one.

Everything You Need to Take Appointments

• Service Management: Create bookable services with descriptions, duration, pricing, and capacity. Group sessions can accept several clients per slot.
• Providers & Weekly Schedules: Assign services to providers, each with their own hours, breaks, and blocked dates. Provider labels are fully translatable.
• Interactive Booking Wizard: A step-by-step front-end flow: pick a service, choose a provider, select a date and time from a live calendar, enter your details, and confirm.
• Smart Slot Generation: Slots respect breaks, blocked dates, capacity, advance booking windows, and can optionally treat pending appointments as taken.
• Optional Payment: Require payment before confirmation for paid services through the Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, or MTN MoMo add-ons.
• Email Notifications: Configurable emails for clients, admins, and providers on new appointments, status changes, and cancellations.
• Admin Calendar & Dashboard: Month calendar with provider filtering, a filterable appointments list, a status workflow (pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled), internal notes, and dashboard widgets.
• Client Area: Logged-in users see their history on a "My Appointments" page. A cancellation policy and CAPTCHA protection can be enabled on the booking form.

Start Taking Appointments

1. Install & Activate: Upload the Appointments add-on and activate it from the admin panel. Tables and routes are created automatically.
2. Create Services & Providers: Add your services with duration and price, then create providers and set their weekly schedules and blocked dates.
3. Configure Scheduling: Set the slot interval, the advance booking window, the minimum notice, and whether payment is required.
4. Receive Appointments: Clients book from the appointment page. Manage every appointment from the admin list or the calendar view.
