Affiliate & Referral Add-on for Larapen

Important: this is not a standalone application. It is an add-on for Larapen, which must be purchased and installed first.

Let your customers and partners sell for you. The Affiliate & Referral add-on gives affiliates their own area where they apply, get tracked links and QR codes, follow their clicks and conversions and request payouts. On your side, a commission engine turns every sale from the shop, bookings, events, courses and the other add-ons into a commission according to the rules you define, holds it for the refund period, and settles it by wallet credit, bank transfer or PayPal.

Commissions You Control

Commission rules can be flat or percentage-based, limited to certain products or categories, boosted by volume tiers, and assigned to partner groups. Two-tier referrals reward affiliates who recruit other affiliates, and a refer-a-friend flow rewards regular customers with wallet credits. Every change to your programme terms is versioned, and affiliates must accept the current version, with an audit trail of who accepted what and when.

• Affiliate Area: Application form, dashboard, links, creatives, conversions, analytics and payout requests, all on the front-end.
• Tracked Links & QR Codes: Short links with UTM tags and downloadable QR codes, a configurable tracking window and last-click or first-click attribution.
• Campaigns & Analytics: Per-window analytics by country, device, referrer and landing page for each affiliate and campaign.
• Commission Engine: Rules, conditions, volume tiers, partner groups, two-tier referrals, coupon-code attribution and a hold period with automatic reversal on refunds.
• Fraud Scoring: Self-referral and suspicious-pattern detection, a review queue and a blocklist.
• Payouts: Wallet credit, bank or PayPal payout methods, minimum thresholds and a settlement workflow.
• Banner Library: Upload creatives that affiliates can grab with their link already embedded.

How It Works

1. Set Your Terms: Define the commission rules, the tracking window, the hold period and the payout methods, then publish the programme terms.
2. Affiliates Join: Visitors apply from the affiliate area; you approve them and they get their links and creatives.
3. Track & Pay: Sales are attributed automatically, commissions mature after the hold period, and you settle payout requests from the admin panel.
