School Management Add-on for Larapen

Important: this is not a standalone application. It is an add-on for Larapen, which must be purchased and installed first.

Run a school, a training centre or a university department from your website. The School Management add-on covers the whole academic lifecycle: schools and academic years, classes and sections, students and their guardians, teachers and subjects, timetables, attendance, assignments, exams and grades, report cards, fees, documents, health records, behaviour notes and messaging. Parents get their own portal where they follow each child's attendance, grades, timetable, fees and documents.

Grading scales, terms, fee structures and report-card layouts are configurable, so the add-on fits primary schools, secondary schools and higher-education institutions in any country. Multi-school support lets a group manage several campuses from one admin panel.

How It Works

1. Set Up the School: Create the academic year, classes, subjects and fee structures, then import or add students, guardians and teachers.
2. Run the Year: Teachers record attendance, assignments and grades; the office manages fees and documents.
3. Keep Parents Informed: Guardians log in to the portal to follow their children and message the school.
