Accounting Add-on for Larapen

Important: this is not a standalone application. It is an add-on for Larapen, which must be purchased and installed first.

Keep your books inside the platform you already run. The Accounting add-on is a full double-entry ledger: companies, chart of accounts, journals, fiscal years and periods, tax codes, partners, journal entries with posting and reversal, recurring entries and bank reconciliation. It ships with ready-made charts of accounts for a dozen jurisdictions and produces the standard financial statements plus the French FEC export required by tax authorities.

Multi-Company, Multi-Country

Manage several legal entities side by side and switch between them in one click, each with its own chart of accounts, fiscal calendar and users. Choose the chart that matches your country: PCG (France), SYSCOHADA (OHADA), US GAAP, HGB (Germany), SNC (Portugal), PGC (Spain), PCMN (Belgium), RGS (Netherlands), Swiss OR, CGNC (Morocco), SCE, AASB (Australia) or IFRS, and adjust it freely.

Everything a Bookkeeper Expects

• Chart of Accounts: Hierarchical accounts with types and classes, importable and exportable as CSV.
• Journals & Entries: Sales, purchases, bank, cash and miscellaneous journals; draft, posted and reversed entries with attachments.
• Fiscal Years & Periods: Open, lock and close periods; carry forward balances at year end.
• Taxes & Partners: Tax codes with rates and accounts; customer and supplier partners with balances and statements.
• Bank Reconciliation: Import bank statements and match them against ledger lines.
• Financial Reports: Trial Balance, General Ledger, Balance Sheet and Income Statement, filterable by period and exportable.
• Recurring Entries & FEC Export: Schedule repeating entries and export the French FEC file for audits.

How It Works

1. Create the Company: Pick a chart of accounts template, define the fiscal year and assign the users who can work on the books.
2. Record Entries: Post journal entries by hand, schedule recurring ones, and reconcile bank statements.
3. Report: Generate the financial statements for any period and export the FEC file when required.
