Database updating issue during the installation or during the default language changing
Certain regions maintain extensive databases of cities and administrative divisions that demand substantial server resources during data importation. Similarly, altering the default language requires updating all translatable database entries.
Before beginning installation or changing the default language, increase your server's max_execution_time beyond the default 30-second limit.
NOTE: To prevent loading time and file size constraint problems, increase server values including max_execution_time, post_max_size, and upload_max_filesize.
If problems arise during installation, perform a fresh setup by deleting the /.env and /storage/installed files (if present) before reinstalling.
