Skyline Theme for Larapen
A cinematic, scroll-driven theme for real estate agencies, brokers, and developers. A sky hero you rise through, a photo-filled wordmark, and two-tone headlines.
Important: this is not a standalone application. It is a theme for Larapen, which must be purchased and installed first.
The Skyline theme opens on a sunset sky: a peach-to-blue gradient with a low sun glow and soft drifting clouds. As visitors scroll, the page rises through it, a property photo grows from a stepped roofline like a building, and the first word of your site name appears in giant letters with the photo showing through them. White and haze surfaces, near-black ink, and a warm sand accent keep the rest of the site calm and airy. It is made for real estate agencies, brokers, property developers, property managers, and relocation services.
Two-Tone Headlines and Scroll-Driven Scenes
Skyline sets everything in one clean grotesk, with an editorial serif for quotes and small accents. Headlines are written in two tones, ink then soft grey, and the grey half fills to ink word by word as it scrolls through the screen. Photographs are cut into chevron strips that slide in one after another, and numbered steps light up as visitors read. The light appearance is the default and the dark one, under a dusk sky, is a click away; every effect can be switched off in the Motion & Interactions settings and is skipped for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
What Makes Skyline Stand Out
- Rising Sky Hero: A sky with drifting clouds that the page rises through on scroll, while the cover photo grows from a stepped roofline like a building seen from above.
- Photo-Filled Wordmark: A giant wordmark made from your site name, with the photo showing through its letters: outline first, then filled.
- Chevron Image Strips: Photographs clipped into arrows that overlap in a row, each one sliding in after the previous one.
- Sticky Numbered Steps: The section heading stays pinned beside numbered rows that light up as they pass the middle of the screen.
- Giant Service Words: Services listed on near-black rows, with a giant word sliding in from the far side of the screen.
- Crafted Transitions: A sky preloader with your site name, a white sheet with a cloud edge between pages, and a cursor that turns into a labelled pill over media on mouse devices.

Yes. The Motion & Interactions card of the theme settings switches each effect on or off: the intro loader, page transitions, the contextual cursor, the type effects, and the parallax and scroll effects. Visitors who ask their device to reduce motion never see these effects, whatever the settings: the content is shown directly, without animation.
Yes. Add-on pages (Blog, Shop, Events, Help Desk, account pages, and more) use the shared layouts restyled with the Skyline palette, type, and shapes, in both the light and the dark appearance. Skyline also belongs to the interactive themes family, which shares the Marquee, Statement, and Collection Wall sections and the same motion settings.
No. The core Larapen app includes only the Default theme. The Skyline theme is a premium theme available for separate purchase. Upload its .zip file from the Themes page of your admin panel and activate it there; no coding required.
